Quire of Dialogue

Here's the final draft:  And the one that seeks thought, “I am ready to choose a path.” For doctrines have been read, gods compared, and rituals weighed in silence. He remembered the fire, where light was not worshiped but judged, and darkness was a choice, not a curse. He remembered the breath, where suffering was neither punished nor forgiven, but dissolved through stillness. He remembered the songs, where duty danced with illusion, and war itself was made holy by detachment. He remembered the resurrection, where the dismembered was remembered, and death was a gate, not an end. He remembered the teachings, etched in covenant, wrapped in law, carried by a people into exile and return. He remembered the prayers, whispered in caves, awaiting a kingdom not of this world. He remembered the tongues, where serpents taught silence and fire moved through spine and breath. And the thought wandered, and sleep came as a shadow without warning, and the dream began in the lowest of p...

Quire (second draft)

Quire (Yes, I am Writing Something)

I paused all activities on AI and tried writing. Yes AI was used for evaluation. No, AI didn't write it. A truth seeker, driven by a deep longing for meaning, enters a dream in which he is put on trial by a being via dialogue and ends with monologue. The story is a juxtaposition of the “Self” evolving from answering to questioning and the other supposedly higher being evolving from questioning to silence. Like the musical technique of octave doubling with a disappearing higher octave and merging into a lower octave. It also shows how questions are mark of higher intelligence and the human unknowingly and gradually transformed his response from statements to questions as he ascends to higher being. The Dialogue The story begins with the human thinking out loud his readiness to choose a religion after years of study. The dream starts with the human observing himself on the act of defecation and suddenly was hit by a question; his first question “Do you know me?”. The human answer...

I Created a Proposal from MF4:SPIC

Here's a proposal created by Chat-GPT with the use of MF4:SPIC (Meta Framework For Framework: a Standard Process for Idea Creation) v4.8. If you find the need to copy the proposal, probably look for a funder or a vc, by all means, go ahead. Happy to help.

SPMP: Standard PHP-MVC-Principles Framework

I was building an bookkeeping management system with xAI when it occurred to me that I was also priming to build a PHP framework.  I never liked Laravel and Symfony as they were heavy on the disk and with steep learning curve. I was opting for the likes of CodeIgniter but none of them are either scalable or MVC. And so, for years, I stuck my self with vanilla PHP until I decided to venture to the path of AI. You see that on my previous posts. Then I find myself creating the said bookkeeping management system where I was employing the assistance of ChatGPT. I wasn't as good as I thought due to PHP vastness of possibilities. So I did what others will do. Look for an alternative to ChatGPT.  Then came Grok(xAI). It was good but something's missing. That's when I decided to narrowed down my requirements. I listed PHP framework principles that I wanted to have with : simple, minimal, secure, extendable, configurable and to top it off lightweight and easy to collaborate with AI....

Wrestling with an Old Acer Laptop to Install ALBERT—And Winning!

You know that feeling when you take an old, battle-worn laptop and make it do something it was never meant to handle? That’s exactly what we did when we decided to install ALBERT (A Lite BERT) on an aging Acer laptop. If you’ve ever tried deep learning on old hardware, you’ll understand why this was part engineering challenge, part act of stubborn defiance. The Challenge: ALBERT on a Senior Citizen of a Laptop The laptop in question? A dusty old Acer machine (N3450 2.2 GHz, 4gb ram), still running strong (well, kind of) but never meant to handle modern AI workloads. The mission? Get PyTorch, Transformers, and ALBERT running on it—without CUDA, because, let’s be real, this laptop’s GPU is more suited for Minesweeper than machine learning. Step 1: Clearing Space (Because 92% Disk Usage Ain’t It) First order of business: making room. A quick df -h confirmed what we feared—only a few gigabytes of storage left. Old logs, forgotten downloads, and unnecessary packages were sent to digita...

Always Remind Yourself of the Simple and Content Life

Life often moves at a relentless pace, filled with responsibilities, ambitions, and distractions. In the midst of it all, it’s easy to overlook the profound beauty of simplicity—those quiet moments of contentment that, in hindsight, hold the most value. This sentiment is captured in the presence of a grandchild, a reminder of life’s purest joys. A child’s laughter, their innocent curiosity, and the way they find wonder in the smallest things serve as a gentle nudge to pause and appreciate what truly matters. This photograph, then, is more than just an image; it’s a time capsule of love and gratitude. It reminds me that a life lived with simplicity and contentment is not something to take for granted but rather to cherish deeply.

What I learned from The Art of War: Winning Battles

Every battle was won before it was fought - Sun Tzu on The Art of War People use this quote on different aspects. Some use it on business, some with their work, most of the time it is use in war. But this has more than what it means. This applies to all that you do: even walking. Let's digest it: Doing something has basic parts Goal (Ends, Want, Effect) Work(Means, Task, Cause) When you do something, you have a goal in mind: a reason why you are doing it. If you don't have a reason then you are stupid. Even just wasting your time is a reason for doing something. Let's take your reading this article as an example. Why are you reading this? It could be that you are interested with Sun Tzu and his book. Perhaps, you got interested with the article itself. Maybe you are looking for knowledge or wisdom and you ended up here by chance. Every reason is valid. Some or most may or may not like it. But, it is valid and you have a reason: which means you are not stup...

Two Questions to Simplify Your Life

The art of war, then, is governed by five constant factors, to be taken into account in one's deliberations, when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.   The Art Of War - Sun Tzu Chapter 1: Number 3 In making decisions, one has to consider a lot of factors. In short everything needs to be considered. In the book The Art of War, there are five constant factors: The Moral Law Heaven Earth The Commander Method and discipline Which means a lot of thinking and doing is involve. I'm lazy and I hate big tasks. I don't want to make long decision making. I want them done immediately, accurately and fast. And so, I have to just simplify the problem. Once the problem is identified, ask these questions: Is it Urgent? Is it Important? Sample: You were given 10 things to deal with and they want you to make a decision in 2 minutes. Go through each of them and ask "Is this urgent?". In the end you have divided them in two - urg...

new feel

it's amazing to find something new with blogger.com interface. i'm not that enthusiastic about it though. with all this white stuff allover the screen that somehow looks over my shoulder every once in a while. well i don't want to dwell that much on this change. let's just embrace it. moving along. i'm not quite sure how yesterday went. we just moved some furniture, watched prison break and did some origami crane. and looked for some albums on toptenreviews.com  which i find interesting. massive attack's blue lines: i like!

perfect combination

still in a bliss after spending a year of perfect relationship. i still want more. i want it to last forever like the lingering of a freshly brewed coffee's aroma in all of the five senses on a rainy monday afternoon. so flawless. so perfect.

long time no see

it has been a while since i've posted. a lot of things has changed and since i got a pc again i would say i'm back on track. a little polishing here and there would be appropriate. not to mention a little maturity would do a lot of good. so let's open the store, make some good changes, and push hard. i really don't know what i'm talking about since its already 4am and i'm quite dizzy. i just hope and pray that i'll know what i have to do. cheers! btw: for now, thinking of creating a logo, getting into graphics, using inkscape for graphics and gimp for photo manipulation and hoping i'll do justice. ps: darn't i need to know how to type without looking at the keyboard!

learning fiberglass: day 1

i took a seminar with polymer products philippines inc this morning and i'm very pleased with how the day went. my first reason was to create my own parts for the car but it turned out that there are a lot of things that can be done with, not just fiberglass, but resins as well. here's a video of mr. nard samonte the video is just a piece of what you are going to get when you enroll for the seminar. here's a shot from the classroom the first day was about learning polymers in general. we tackled its applications in construction, marine uses, land and air transportation, agro-industrial, consumer products and medical uses among others. material are also discussed like resins, hardener, toner, dye, gelcoat, release wax, cellophane, molding clay and fillers. mr. samonte demonstrated some processes such as, encapsulation, stained glass making and cultured marble. tomorrow is when we get our hands dirty. we'll do figurines and maybe learn to create molds. i'm looking for...

that 80's show: turbo teen

i clearly remember that it was gma7, here in the philippines, that aired turbo teen every afternoon back then. although, i just saw it once and never even knew the title. i searched for it in google with "man turns into car" keywords and followed the search to turbo teen. here's the intro

three for the road

back to basics

it's been quite sometime since i performed musically. now, it's haunting me. i was a music student in the early part of this decade and now i'm one of the few who just want to live life to the fullest. it was a roller coaster ride from where it started and believe me it's one heck of a ride. the years are sinking in my thoughts as i wander in this uncertain route called life. but it's all worth it. getting dizzy now. i was talking to a bunch of new found friends discussing life while fixing the 93 corolla that we're fixing. (yup! i wreck one - but that's a whole different story.) we all got a few things in common - cars, music and living life. my only difference is that im older than them - way lot older. the good thing is i never felt it. it's not that big of'a deal. i don't even notice it when im with friends. (yes, they're around twenty's.) i feel the same inspite of everything. but all of it rushed down last night, filling my head wit...
